Volo Lowrider Shoot
This shoot wasn’t conducted by myself. I took this image as I was filming a photo shoot for this documentary that we’re producing on the photographer that goes by the name of El Volo.
I met Volo through MySpace a few years ago as I was working on another project with Chris Loos. Volo was a photographer that I had admired and on a whim, I just hit him up to tell him that I liked his work. To my surprise, he hit me back and told me that some of the stuff that I had done up to that point was good. That meant a lot to me at the time because I didn’t think my stuff was anywhere near being “professional”.
