Loos (Pronounced “Los”) & Seph - April 13, 2007

I used to do a lot of work for the radio stations WILD 96.1 and KDAY in ‘06 and ‘07.  WILD no longer exists as it was sold to a Spanish Broadcaster and KDAY switched up their management.  But during the times I spent at both of these places, I learned about both the good and the bad of the entertainment business.

I shot this image for Chris Loos and DJ Seph during Loos’ nighttime show at the station.  The shoot was meant for promotional material for the show.  We shot it really late at the station and I remember it went really fast.  I took about 75 images with three different setups in about 15 minutes.  Like all of my shoots, I like to use the available lighting at the location.  Both Loos and Seph loved the images and were excited about all of the different promotions that they were going to use it for.

Unfortunately, the station was sold soon after this image was taken.  It was the last piece of work that I did that was associated with the station.
