The Horses Of Cal Poly Pomona - August 11, 2007
I spent both my undergraduate and graduate time at Cal Poly Pomona. It’s a school that’s known for it’s state of the architecture, it’s nationally ranked engineering program, and it’s stable of horses.
For those that don’t know, the school was built on a horse ranch that was donated by one of the Kellogg’s that created all of the breakfast cereals everyone eats. The school has just recently as 2009 constructed some very futuristic buildings for it’s students. But the one thing that’s remarkable is the ranches that have gone untouched over the years.
