Chandni:  Oh my good friend.  I’ve known this model for over 7 years now. We actually went to the same college for a while.  She not only a good model she has a great spirit as well as being a poet/spoken word performer.  Its funny I’ve known her so long I see her as a lil sister type.  I really like the simplicity of this picture.  The ways the Sun brightens up half her face and shades the other half is why I chose this picture. Its ads just enough character to set this picture apart from the rest we shot that evening.  This picture is straight from the camera, no light except what was captured by the evening sun.   NO re-touching, just a good face in front of the evening light against a gloomy blue sky. I particularly like the wires behind her head because to me they represent the great city of Los Angeles. No matter where in LA you go you can never just see the sky.  There is almost always something clouding your vision.  LA is good for clouding peoples vision.
